 JSPG sponsorship opportunities
JSPG offers opportunities to select organizations to sponsor our issues, as well as other levels of support for our mission. These opportunities capitalize on the unique strengths of both organizations and help more students and early career researchers substantively engage in public policy debates around science, technology, and innovation policy.

Interested in sponsoring JSPG issues or programs?
Contact JSPG CEO, Adriana Bankston, at ceo@sciencepolicyjournal.org

What are issue sponsorship options?

JSPG offers three types of sponsorship opportunities for organizations:
  • Standard issue sponsor: Organization sponsors one of JSPG’s two standard issues.
  • Special issue sponsor: Organization and JSPG co-create a distinct call for submissions.
  • Annual sponsor: Organization sponsors JSPG for a full calendar year.

Each sponsorship package may be customized to include activities that suit the needs of the sponsoring organization. These activities may include: prizes for the top papers in each issue; podcasts, webinars, workshops, or panels featuring authors of published work; twitter chats, infographics, or social and digital media highlight of published work; customized cover memo authored by individual from sponsoring organization.

What are issue sponsorship benefits?
  • Website acknowledgement: sponsoring organization logo and weblink are displayed on the JSPG website.
  • Newsletter and publication subscription: sponsoring organization receives visibility in the JSPG newsletter.
  • Social media recognition: sponsoring organization will be advertised on JSPG social media channels.
  • Job announcements: sponsoring organization can share job postings in via JSPG social media and newsletter.

JSPG has an extensive global reach across a variety of stakeholders, and issue sponsorships provide visibility and opportunites to promote your organization across this network through the issue and associated events.

What are issue sponsor expectations?
  • Support issue costs based on the particular type of engagement during the JSPG contract time period.
  • Cross-promote JSPG initiatives on partner websites and across partner social channels.

Each sponsorship package may contain additional costs or expectations mutually agreed upon by both organizations.

What are training programs support options?
